Founder Kerry Ashcroft, understands first hand that women have unique fitness needs and goals. That's why we offer personalised coaching and nutrition plans that are tailored specifically to women's bodies and lifestyles. Our coaching philosophy is based on empowering women to be strong, confident, and healthy, both physically and mentally.

An accredited Sports Nutritionist and professional figure athlete, coach Kerry provides a supportive and inclusive environment where women can feel comfortable and confident in their fitness journey. We believe that fitness should be enjoyable and empowering, not a chore or a punishment.

Offering a variety of coaching programs to meet the needs of women at all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting out or you're an experienced athlete, we've got a program that's right for you. We also offer regular team training sessions, workshops and team photo shoots where you can connect with other like-minded women and find inspiration and motivation. And most importantly have fun!

Founder and owner Kerry is an SNA Accredited Sports Nutritionist who specialises in:

  • Personal Training

  • Nutrition coaching

  • Photo shoot prep

  • Body building contest prep

  • Figure and female body building posing

  • One on one personal training sessions. Customised to ensure you achieve your fitness goals. All sessions are held in our private studio with top of the range equipment. Sessions range from 30 mins up to 1 hour.

    For those who want to take their nutrition to the next level tailored nutrition guidance is included.

  • Coach Kerry is an accredited Sports Nutritionist and is able to help you take your nutrition to the next level. Offering customised nutrition coaching, including weekly check ins and adjustments as needed, with the end goal of you gaining life long nutrition knowledge and skills.

  • You can connect with us no matter where you are in the world as we offer online options for all our services.

    With customised home or gym training plans we can find an option to fit in with you.

  • Whether you’re looking to share the cost or train with like minded people our semi-private sessions could be the perfect fit for you.

    Catering for up to 4 people, these sessions run in 4 week blocks, to maximise progression and results.

More about Coach Kerry

Born in the UK, I moved to Australia over 10 years ago with my husband and 2 daughters.

Fitness has always been a big part of my life, from running half marathons to martial arts, I’ve always tried to challenge myself while having fun.

In my early 20’s my interest in nutrition began, but as with many of us it was focused solely on diets and fat loss. For over a decade I tired every diet and fitness craze going, all with varying levels of success. I would see quick results that were sadly short lived.

It wasn’t until I moved to the Sunshine Coast that I discovered my love of weight training. Joining a gym to meet new people I took part in a 8 week challenge, which combined the cardio fitness I was used to, along with strength training. I ended up winning the challenge, as it turns out I am quite strong, and this was the catalyst that started my passion for body building. Competing in multiple competitions, winning 13 State and National titles, including gaining professional status in 2019.

Whilst bodybuilding is still my first love,  during COVID with the closure of public gyms, my focus turned to performance sports, such as cross-fit and trail running. In true Kerry style, what started as a bit of fun progressed quickly into running ultra marathons and competing in cross fit competitions – as may have now realised I don’t do anything by halves!

I can honestly say this stop gap into performance sports was my ‘light bulb’ moment. Witnessing females of all shapes, sizes and ages smashing their fitness goals and achieving things you wouldn’t expect them to achieve was empowering and inspiring. Coming from the 90’s era, always being body conscious I began, for the first time, to fall in love with my body for what it was able to achieve rather than what size dress I was wearing.  As a coach and mentor, the best part of my job is seeing other women come to this realisation too!
